  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

During high-demand periods or peak seasons, processing times may take longer than usual. We will notify you if any delays occur.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping – Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days – $14.99

International Shipping:

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard International Shipping – Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days – $19.99
  • Express International Shipping – Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days – $34.99

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination of your order, and the total weight of the package. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (domestic) and $150 (international).
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
